Who am I?
Hey there, I’m Ana Zayas Zubia— a holistic coach based in Boston, MA. I was born in Mexico but I’ve been living in Boston since 2011. So, like this website, I am bilingual.
In 2020, the year of change. I started my journey as a coach & sound healer. That year, I started playing my first singing bowl, began taking mind-training, meditation & Angel classes to best serve myself and others.
In 2020, I got my NASM CPT to begin to understand the physical body, in 2022 I got my L1 Animal Flow Certification, and I continue to learn about our bodies — especially about the body’s connection with our mind and soul.
Working out has always been a part of my life. I grew up playing sports, going to the gym, and trying different classes like boxing and Crossfit. I love moving my body and ever since I started moving it more consciously, aware of the impact in the mind & emotions, I love it even more!
As I started learning about meditation, daily mantras, and mindfulness, I realized the importance of using them daily. I began to better understand the impact they have on both physical and mental health— and I’m here to share it with you.
The idea of becoming a coach came later in life but as soon as I started getting knowledge about our bodies (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual), I realized how much I love it.
I’m passionate to learn more about the body, how it works, and its connection to everything— from thoughts to actions.
I love understanding and helping others understand the importance of this connection with our bodies. And help you use it to make better decisions and have a better quality of life.
In this program, I put together everything life has taught me into transformational routines. They’re tailored to help you get stronger, overcome limiting beliefs, and discover your inner power.

What’s Ana Zayas Fit?
Everything is connected, inside and outside. Your thoughts, actions, and words have an impact on your life and body. You’ll learn to understand the connection between your thoughts and feelings and how your body reacts to them. Plus, understand your own environment and its influence on your life.
With this project, I strive to inspire + motivate you to exercise and connect with your body. To use your workouts as a tool for a healthy body and mind but also for self-love and happiness.
With a combination of exercise and mindfulness, I’ll help you unlock your true potential and use it to get the results you want— both physically and mentally.
The end goal of this project is for you to be physically stronger and reach your goals. But also to understand how powerful you are. And the power of your thoughts and actions. You’ll learn to find your balance and go with the flow of life, while everything else falls into place organically.
Everything is perfect and ideal at its own time and pace.
