My name is Ana Zayas and I've been working professionally with children since 2011. This is my vocation and I’m committed to the wellness of every child that crosses my path.

I'm a Certified YogaKids & Mindfulness Coach, Professional Nanny & Self-taught Sound Healer.

My mission is to help kids connect with their bodies through movement, voice & body expression, and breathing. So, they can better understand their emotions, trust their intuition & enjoy being kids.

What is Mindful Movement for Kids?

Mindful Movement for kids is a fun class designed to help kids learn how to connect with their breath, their body, and their feelings through exercises such as yoga poses, singing & dancing, and the healing sounds of the singing bowls.

Miss Ana helps kids transition from calm breathing to fun, exciting moves and back to calmness. Grownups are welcome to practice with the kids and learn some of the techniques they can bring home.

One of the first things we do before we begin a class is to find our mindful breathing.

The breathing ball helps kids understand how deeply to inhale and exhale!
